Hello Everyone!

Sometimes, I do not think people realize how far I have come. Yes, “I paint for a living,” but I want to break it down.

  • I own my very own gallery (and bought my downtown building that my gallery is in).
  • I have an LLC, I am registered as a business, I am licensed and insured (I have to pay taxes).
  • I am a business owner. I have learned to manage things such as sales, reports, time, customer service, marketing, and more.
  • I do commercial things along with smaller personal things. I take custom commissioned orders along with hosting my own events and operating a gallery.
  • I am constantly painting for others and then for myself to keep my gallery stocked.
  • I am out in the community not only showcasing but using my art to raise money for different events, charities, local fairs, and churches and more.
  • I have developed the best relationships with my clients, who some have became close friends and I strive to make those relationships last forever and then some.

The list goes on and on and I am 100 percent sure I am forgetting a few things. I Just wanted to take a moment to break it down for those who see me and think “oh she’s just an artist” – well they are correct but at the same time they are so very wrong , because I’ve turned my passion and gift into something amazing that I push to the next level constantly. I work so hard and giving up is not an option for me. I still feel like I am just getting started. This will be some of the things that will forever separate me from other people/artists. So, with that being said, y’all be on the lookout for what is up ahead.
